Engineers without Borders (EWB) Nepal is an initiative to make a sustainable transformation in the community. It aims to create an exemplary society with the help of innovation, technology, and engineering solutions. In other words, technically sound engineers with the intellectuals alike will work together to meet basic human necessities.The selected team of engineers, scholars, and experts will minutely study the primary requirements of the community to be followed by various appropriate projects. EWB Nepal, like any other international EWB organization, follows a bottom-up approach and thus, emphasizes the existing challenges of the grassroots levels of the community. Indeed, once the obstacles of the local communities are addressed, an entire nation will eventually take a natural leap.

Projects & Approach
EWB Nepal’s projects focus on local communities lacking basic necessities. First, they choose an underprivileged area that represents the main problems of the entire community. This area becomes the focus of the next EWB projects, which will then be implemented in similar communities. This is how EWB Nepal plans its future operations.
EWB Nepal aims to improve local communities through sustainable development, capacity building, technology development, STEAM learning, community research, advocacy, and training programs. These activities are designed to empower people by finding creative solutions to real-world problems. EWB Nepal plans to work with various national and international organizations to carry out these projects.
