Through creative performances and real-life misinformation scenarios, students highlighted the dangers of fake news, the importance of fact-checking, and the need for responsible social media behavior. The activities attracted strong public attention and encouraged open discussions on digital literacy. The rally reached over 500 members of the public along the route.
The campaign successfully enhanced youth confidence, strengthened institutional collaboration, and contributed to raising awareness about Media and Information Literacy in eastern Nepal, proving the power of creative, community-driven advocacy.
