Engineers Without Borders Nepal hosted an inspiring and deeply reflective session with Learning Edge on 5th August 2025 at the EWBN Office, bringing together members for an afternoon focused on growth, resilience, and self-leadership. The session invited participants to look inward, exploring how thriving, not just surviving, forms the foundation of effective leadership.
The program was led by Perthpal Singh, Founder and Managing Director of Learning Edge, whose 25+ years of experience in leadership development, people management, and culture transformation shaped the depth of the discussion. Known for his work with major industries and his transformative approach to human capital development, Perthpal shared insights from his book “Thrive, Don’t Just Survive,” encouraging participants to navigate challenges with clarity, intention, and emotional resilience.
The session included an introduction to Learning Edge’s work, a powerful book presentation, and conversations around personal growth, purpose-driven leadership, and how individuals can thrive even in demanding environments. The dialogue went beyond professional development, touching on life, mindset, and well-being. It served as a reminder that leadership begins within, and that a thriving team is built on individuals who understand themselves, nurture resilience, and lead with heart.
EWBN extends heartfelt gratitude to Perthpal Singh and the Learning Edge team for an enriching and energizing session that left a lasting impact on all who attended.
