Mr. Kapil Dev Regmi
President
Kapil Dev Regmi is the President of Engineers Without Borders International (EWBI) and the Founding President of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Nepal. He established EWB Nepal during the 2022 lockdown and has since grown it into a dynamic social sector organization through strong global partnerships and community-centered engineering initiatives. His work focuses on micro-WASH projects, youth leadership development, and the nationwide scaling of the i-Lab innovation platform.
Er. Ang Dorji Lama
Vice President
Ang Dorji Lama completed his Master of Science in Construction Management in 2002 from PU and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil in 1994 from Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. He is currently the vice president of Federation of Contractor’s Association of Nepal (FCAN) and the president of Global Sherpa Association. He serves as the executive director of P. S. Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Sojan Prajapati
Secretary
Sojan Prajapati holds a master’s degree from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a bachelor’s from Kathmandu University (KU). Previously an Analyst at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he led a research team at ACEM in Nepal. He co-founded Ting Ting (a product of Prixa and EWB Nepal) and SpeakUpNepal, Nepal’s first online petition platform.
Ms. Shreemita Maharjan
Treasurer
Ms. Shreemita Maharjan is an educator who has been shaping young minds for the past decade. She works as a Program Coordinator at Kanjirowa National Secondary School and holds a Masters in English Literature from Tribhuvan University. She has a background in journalism with The Himalayan Times and Image Channel.
Ms. Vidushi Rana

Vidushi Rana is a visionary Executive Director and the Honorary Consul of Iceland to Nepal. She is widely recognized for revitalizing Goldstar Shoes into a modern industry leader. As the current Vice President of CNI and a celebrated youth icon, she leverages her platform to empower communities and elevate national pride.

Dr. Rojee Pradhananga (PhD)
Director
Dr. Pradhananga is an Assistant Professor at Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering. She holds a PhD in Urban Management from Kyoto University, Japan. With over 15 years of experience in research and teaching, her specialization includes urban mobility, highway engineering, and transport safety.
Asst. Prof. Lal Shrestha

Dr. Shrestha is an Assistant Professor at Kathmandu University and Principal Investigator at the KU Design Lab. His work focuses on mechanical engineering and inclusive design, specifically developing low-cost prosthetic solutions for marginalized populations.

Kabita Pandey is an Architect and Urban Planner with a decade of experience at the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST). Her work centers on disaster risk reduction and integrating traditional knowledge with modern planning to strengthen community resilience.
