Civil Engineering Mentor
A retired CAPT USPHS with over 40 years of experience in rural water and wastewater systems. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal, Steven has supported EWB projects since 2008 and continues to mentor the team as a professional engineer.
