Representatives of Engineers Without Borders Nepal (EWBN) attended “The Human-AI Alliance: Shaping the Future of Leadership & Work,” a conference held on September 25, 2026, at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu. Organized by the Growth Leadership Academy, the event brought together professionals and business leaders to discuss how human intelligence and artificial intelligence are shaping leadership and work.
The EWBN team attended the session “Leading through Constant Change: A Manager’s Survival Guide,” delivered by Pascal Kaufmann and Dr. Daniela Suter. Kaufmann is a Swiss neuroscientist turned entrepreneur and co-founder of AlpineAI, the company behind SwissGPT, a sovereign AI system used by European cities, governments, and healthcare providers.
Pascal and Daniela’s visit to Nepal was facilitated by Mr. Kapil Dev Regmi, President of EWBN. For an organisation working across water, sanitation, and community development, where project realities and funding landscapes shift often, the session offered relevant perspectives on adaptive leadership.
